You are a whole human. You’re flesh and bones, but you are also your experiences, emotions, and thoughts. You know that. You know that all of your parts work together and none of them are more or less important than the others. You know that when your body is sick or injured, that means something to your spirit too. You know you are a whole human, but the medical system you find yourself in, when you get sick or injured may not treat you like one.
Myofascial Release is treatment approach that sees you and treats you as a whole, multidimensional human being. As a Myofascial Release Therapist I see you as that multidimensional being and I care about all your parts, the parts that show from the outside and the parts that don’t. I respect that you are sum of all your parts and together, with Myfascial Release we can find a treatment plan that allows you to do just that, release, and heal on every level, so that healing emerges naturally.
Pain is real. Physical pain eats at your soul. Emotional pain makes the body weak. If you’re in pain you know already know that. What you may not know is that you can get better. You can heal. You can be stronger and more alive than before. Myfascial Release is not a magic pill. It isn’t about instant results. It’s about healing and therapy on a cellular level that encourages the body to express it’s own brilliance and wisdom to heal.
